In my jee mains exam(that was yesterday),i accidentally given my right hand thumb impression instead of left on the admit card, will it cause any problem later in jee adv.,councelling, jee mains result, etc.
Hello,
Hope you are doing great.
In your case, minor discrepancies such as a thumb impression on the wrong hand might not be a major issue, but it's always advisable to reach out to the exam authorities to inform them about the mistake. They will be able to guide you on the appropriate steps to take and whether any corrections can be made.
Hope this helps!!

Unfortunately there is no way to change your cast after the Joint Entrance Examination has concluded. In order to get benefit of any kind of reservation, you have to fill your cast and related information at the time of filling the form, as there is no such option to do so after the declaration of results.

Sir if i got a college in lower branch in first round but I want improvement so what should then , Do I still have to go to freeze the seat but i want improvement, so how to apply for 2 nd round and not freezing that lower branch in first round?
Hello Student,
Candidates will have three option available after the seat allotment. These Are as follows:
-
Freeze - When the candidate is satisfied with the allotted seat and does not wish to participate in the further rounds of counselling.
-
Float - When the candidate is satisfied with the seat but would like to be considered for other institutes during the future rounds of seat allocation.
-
Slide - When the candidate has accepted the seat allotted but is also open for admission into a higher preferred course in the same institute.
You should go for slide option if you want different branch in same institutes.
If you're happy with alloted seat and want higher preferable seat in other institutes then you should opt for Float option.
Hope This information helps you
Best wishes
