Answer laterl am from jharkhand,Could you please tell me in kolkata there are three centres for wbjee exam (salt lake,south kolkata,west kolkata) , so please tell me which centre i choose ?????
Hello student you can choose center as per your own conveniences. Choose center which you can reach out easily. If you're not familiar with Kolkata then you should choose salt lake center because it's quite famous and every taxi person know it properly, you won't get any difficulty to reach there.

can other state student apply for engienrring college in jharkhand through jee mains
There are not many good engineering colleges in Jharkhand except NIT Jamshedpur and BIT Mesra where you can get admission through JEE mains exam. Then there is BIT Sindri which is a government college and is a very good college. Last year BIT Sindri took admission through JEE mains but this year it might take admission on JCECE in which only candidates having domicile of Jharkhand is necessary.

It is next to impossible for a student with 24.4 percentile in JEE Mains with GEN PWD category and home state qouta to get admission into NIT Jamshedpur. As, NITs cutoff is very much higher than your score. At this much percentile your rank would be somewhere around AIR 777480 - 874000 that makes your entry impossible into NIT Jamshedpur.
