YBN University, Ranchi is a private university, established in 2017 and it is approved by the Government of Jharkhand and UGC. If you have violated any traffic rule then the traffic police take pictures of your vehicle's number plate and then notes down your phone no. and address. After that an SMS is sent to your phone with a link in the message. Click on the link. The e-challan website will open. And then you can pay the challan. You are given 60 days to pay the challan. If you do not pay the challan then your challan can be taken to the court and if found guilty then you will have to  give additional fine.

Hi. You can apply for both the state counselling but the conditions apply as following:

1. If you have the domicile of a particular seat, you can take any seat there of your category (government, semi-government, or management) because of the 85% reservation.

2. If you reside in a particular state without domicile, you can only avail the management seats there.

Attending the counselling of both the states is not illegal, it is just that the kind of seat you are competing for is completely different in both the cases.

CSAB - NEUT is designed for the students of North East and Union Territories. No you can not apply for CSAB - NEUT as you belong to neither north east states nor Union Territories.

Registration in CSAB - NEUT portal has not been over yet. Registrations are open for Engineering, Architecture and Pharmacy.

It doesn't matter that you did your studies in Jharkand as your OBC certificate and Nativity certificate are of Andhra Pradesh so you will be automatically counted as a citizen of Andhra Pradesh and are liable to enjoy all the priviliges offered to you by the government and you can apply for state quota for AP in any exam  .
