Hey there!

With this score and based on your category, you can easily get a seat in NIT present in your home state. I suppose you may not get cse and mechanical but you may get other branches like civil, chemical. If you are trying for cse my advice is to not to keep hope on NIT and do your best in JEE Mains.

You have chances in top NIT's , but difficult to predict about IIT because it depends upon JEE advanced marks and cut off. Cut off varies every year depending upon the factors such as no of candidates appeared, qualified, difficulty level of exam, last year's trends, no of seats available.

According to the category rank you have mentioned in the question you cannot get any of the NITs or IIITs as per previous year's cut-offs but I would suggest you to sit for some state counselling because in some of the state government and private colleges you can get admission on such ranks. Some colleges in which you can get CSE through direct admission are :-

• UPES, Dehradun
• Sharda University
• Thapar University

Note that the cut-offs are bound to change every year depending upon various factors.
