You have to re apply for the paper as you will be marked absent in it.
If it is a genuine case, you can speakto the conducting authorities, college or university and explain your case. they will guide you and tell you what you can do further ahead.

You can apply for MBA after securing 47% marks in graduation.
Many of the colleges accept MAT, CAT scores .
You can appear for MAT exam. It is Management Aptitude Test conducted by All India Management Assocation (AIMA). The candidate must completed graudation degree in any stream from a recognised University.
You can appear for CAT as well . It is Common Admission Test conducted by India Institute of Management (IIM). The candidate must completed graudation degree in any stream with 50% marks (45% for SC/ST) from a recognised University.
