I completed my 10th in the year 2022 and then I got enrolled in 12th in the year 2024 but then I got diagnosed with mdr tb due to which i couldnt appear in my class 12th boards and practical exams in the year 2024 , my admit card came but I couldnt sit in exam due to medical condition, now Im appearing in 12th as a regular candidate in the year 2025, will I be eligible for jee advanced 2025 and 2026 as they mentioned in thier website that the number of attempts count from first appearance in class 12th
Hello,
Yes, you will be eligible to appear for JEE Advanced 2025 and 2026, based on the information you’ve shared. According to JEE Advanced eligibility criteria:
1) Candidates are allowed a maximum of two attempts in consecutive years.
2) The counting begins from the first year the candidate appears for their Class 12th board exams. Since you couldn’t sit for the 2024 board exams due to medical reasons and will officially appear in 2025 as a regular candidate, 2025 will be considered your first appearance
Thus, you can attempt JEE Advanced in 2025 and 2026. Ensure your medical records are documented in case any clarification is needed.

Is there any other option to get in IET Lucknow rather than jee mains
Hello Akshat,
No, admission to IET Lucknow is primarily through the JEE Mains examination, as it participates in the UPSEE counseling process based on JEE Mains ranks. There are no alternative entrance exams or direct admission processes available for B.Tech programs at IET Lucknow.
If you're considering other pathways, you may explore lateral entry options for diploma holders or post-graduate programs where criteria might differ. For accurate details, you can refer to the official Dr. A.P.J. Abdul Kalam Technical University (AKTU) website or IET Lucknow's admission notifications.

I want to get admission in IISc banglore through jee mains only, will I get ? Do we have to give jee adv too?
Hello,
Yes, you can get admission to **IISc Bangalore** through **JEE Mains** for its **B.Sc. (Research)** program. However, IISc also accepts scores from **JEE Advanced**, **NEET**, or **KVPY** for the same program. If your JEE Mains rank is exceptional, you may secure admission. JEE Advanced is not mandatory unless you wish to use it as an alternative score. Check IISc's admission criteria and cutoffs for clarity.
Hope this helps you,
Thank you

OUR JEE EXAM OF EACH SUBJECT IS ON SAME DAY OR DIFFERENT DAYS
Hello,
Here is an overview of JEE exam shifts and pattern :-
The JEE (Joint Entrance Examination) is conducted in two parts: JEE Main and JEE Advanced.
- In JEE Main, the subjects—Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics—are usually held on different days, often over two to three days. The exam is divided into two shifts (morning and afternoon) for each subject.
- For JEE Advanced, the subjects are typically held on the same day, with two papers: Paper 1 and Paper 2, covering all three subjects.
The exact schedule for each year's exam can vary, so candidates should always check the official JEE website for updates on specific dates.
Hope it helps !
