As per As per your query I would like to tell you that according to your rank and based upon the previous year cuttoff marks you have less chances of getting admission in kits gantur. 

Last year least cuttoff marks for getting admission is 26689 for male, category general and female ranks for cuttoff is 56117.

Sc category to getting admission cuttoff marks is 109044 for female and 115683 for male.

As you haven't mentioned which course you want to pursue either a UG or PG I'll let you know the minimum eligibility for both.

If you are applying to the University’s UG courses should have cleared Senior Secondary School from a recognised Board. 

If you are willing to get enrolled in the PG coursesoffered by the University should have cleared 10+2 or equivalent examination from a recognised Board and must hold a Bachelor’s degree from a recognised University/ College. If you belong to General category must have secured marks ranging between 45- 50 % and candidates belonging to reserved categories should have secured 40% marks in the qualifying exam.

Phase-2 counseling of TS EAMCET is conducted for those colleges which contain vacant seats for some branches.

First, I will provide you with the cutoff of the First Phase from previous years of KITS, Warangal for your category and then I will draw a conclusion for you.

TS EAMCET 2017-

Closing Rank (CSE)- 12,814

TS EAMCET 2018-

Closing Rank (CSE)- 13,052

Now, the main factor on which your selection will depend is whether all seats of the CSE branch have been filled or not.

If not, then you can apply for Phase-2 but keep in mind that students having a higher rank than you will be given first priority.

CVR College of Engineering is among the top colleges in Hyderabad, though it is a super strict college. The infrastructure including labs, canteen and hostel facility is excellent. Most of the faculty is good here, but research is not given much priority. Placements are great for the ECE, IT and CSE branches especially and average of 5-6 lakhs per annum can be seen in their placement statistics. Another appreciable aspect is that the college does not allow BPOs for recruitment.

KITS Warangal is a decent option for Warangal, but Hyderabad colleges are always better recommended. Infrastructure is good but the faculty, hostel facilities and crowd is just average. Placements are not very impressive, but it's okay for ECE. However, the average salary offered is around 3-4 lakhs per year.

Would suggest you to go for CVR. You may choose depending on your priorities though.
