Whatever the mode of education system be, without intermediate examination any degree of undergraduate course cannot be availed of for further or future education. Or for any jobs and education. A total of 5,701 seats were available in the convener quota in ME/MTech/MPharm/MArch courses and for the Law there are total around 554 seats under the convener quota and since you belong to the SC/ST Category there are no particular qualifying qualifying marks or percentage for you.

Seeing the last trends, there are chances that you may get a seat under the quota but there can not be certainty as it depends as what is your rank in the SC/ST Category.

Admission in undergraduate program in Kakatiya University Warangal Telangana candidates have two securities 40% marks in intermediate examination  and have to appear for an entrance test of the university for respective course.For taking admission in pg courses at least graduate of the respective subject at least 40% marks and possibly have to appear for an entrance test for the respective subject admission in pg courses. In your percentage of marks that is 70% there is a great chance for you to take admission in UG and PG courses as you belong to SC category student.
