As far as I know the cutoff for general and obc are not that different while considering a seat in KIIT for CSE. Since the general cutoff is around 5400 the obe cytoff will be somewhere around 6000 (maybe upto 6500) hence I think your chances of getting

As far as I know every year the first round of counselling to BSc nursing program is around 2000. Hence according to me you probably wont be called for first round of counselling (according to past year trends) however you may get a call in the second round.
