Yes, To appear in KIITEE Law 2019, a candidates need to have passed 10+2 from any recognized board orequivalent examination. A candidates should secure at least 45% marks in the qualifying degree. Candidates applying for B.Sc. LL.B, should have passed 10+2 or equivalent in the science stream with at least 45% marks.

As you know KIIT cutoffs would be released very soon. According to previous years cutoffs, your rank seems close to CSE cutoff. Last year, for CSE, the cutoff was 5044. Also, the cutoffs depend on various factors like number of students who took the test, difficulty level etc. So, as of now, just wait till the official cutoffs are released.

But please note that cutoffs also depend upon various other factors like difficulty level of paper, number of test takers etc. According to your rank which is 16699, you can get branches like Electrical and electronics, electrical engineering, electronics and instrumentation, electronics and telecommunications and civil engineering.

You have a pretty good rank. See Kalinga Institute of Technology(KIIT), is one of the best private colleges in India. It offers very good placement. If you are getting a branch of your choice, then why not join it. Not just CSE, It has high placement ratio for the core branches as well. Every year the highest package is taken by the Civil Engineering branch around 22 lakh p.a.

Yes as per your prediction you are correct. At 10822 rank you have chances of getting branches Civil, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering and at 2122 rank, you have almost all the branches open to you. Hopefully you have got a call for the first counselling, Since your admission is based on your category rank, you can easily get Civil Engineering at 2122 rank.
