Kiitee is an online computer based test (CBT) of 3 hours (180 mins).

There are 120 MCQs each question having 4 options. You need to chose 1 correct option.

Sections (for B.tech) : There are 3 sections. Physics, Chemistry & Maths.

Sections (for B.tech Lateral Entry) : There are 3 sections.

Maths, Basic Electrical Engineering, Engineering Mechanics

Questions: 40 Qs in each section.

Marking Scheme:

+4 marks for correct answer

-1 mark for incorrect answer

I would like to inform you that KIITEE is a very easy exam to crack provided you have studied rigorously for at least two months devoting at least 12 hours per day.

KIITEE is all about basics of PCM . It also depends on what branch do you want to take . If you want to take CIVIL .. then rank upto 10000 also can get your desired branch but if you want to take mechanical or CS, then u have to be within 5000

KIIT Bhubaneshwar has the provision of admission for B.tech Lateral entry which is a three year course and one has to give KIITEE that is KIIT entrance exam to get a seat in the college.

The eligibility criteria's are:

Candidate must have passed, three years diploma course in Engineering with at least 60% marks in aggregate from State Council of Technical Education of any state.

Candidate should have born on or after 01.07.1995.

That varies every year , but as per your Schedule Cast rank you will most probably get IT,but there is very less chance for you to get computer science and engineering ,but don't worry both streems are almost same in this college ,IT's are also allowed to seat for all the placement cells in which CSE students are allowed.

see cutoff score depends on various factors like number of participants , questions difficulty level, vacancy of seats or seat matrix, according to genral category rank you have no chances as last years IT closing rank was 16614, as for sc category you have moderate chances, so lets hope for the best.
