Is there negative marking in Karnataka cet

NO, there are no Negative markings for KCET Examination. 1 marks is rewarded for each correct answers. The language of the exam is in English or kannada. The candidates have to mark the correct answer on an OMR sheet.
KCET 2022 examination will be held in Offline mode and e Optical Mark Reader (OMR) sheets will be given to the candidates for marking answers. Candidate can answer the question by shading the circles on the OMR Answer Sheet. There will be no negative marking and each correct answer will fetch 1 mark.

Hi, I have filled in the KCET-2022 form, made the payment, downloaded the payment reeipt, submitted the form and also got the FINAL application form. However, I did not get any acknowledgement SMS or Email from KEA on my submission. Is this normal ? What can I do to elicit an acknowledgement?

Sometime it might take time to receive an SMS and Email acknowledgment of you KCET application so please be patient and wait until you receive it. The emails might be sometimes stored in spam folder so please check the spam folder in you E-mail. Note that your application will be considered only if you have ticked the declaration box and submit the application. If you have already done it and printed the application form consider that your application has been submitted.

It can be a little bit difficult for you to get a seat in veterinary in Karnataka cet in your score and rank .Go for all rounds of the counselling procedure including the mop-up round and keep a close eye on the opening and closing ranks of the veterinary colleges in each round .All the best!

-----------) if you get a seat then you can report to the alloted college or can go for free exit option if you don't want to get admission in the alloted college
-----------) Vacant Seats publication for round 2.

-----------) If you get a seat then you need to report to the alloted college or you can choose not to report if you don't want to get admission in the alloted college but in this case you won't get your security money back .

You can download the caste certificate from Nadakacheri website ( www.nadakacheri.karnataka.gov.in. Process for Karnataka Caste Certificate Verification:
- Click on caste certificate verification.
- Enter your Acknowledgment No and click on Read Barcode.
- Click on show certificate.
- Your certificate will be displayed on the screen.
