I scored 309 total in karnataka cet what will be my ranking
KCET rank will be calculated by considering the performances in KCET and QE (qualifying examination) as well.I will explain with an example ,let us assume that u have scored 131/180 in KCET and 288/300 in QE,then your % marks in KCET is 72.77% and in QE it is 96% now they will add this two( that is, the formula goes like this
Rank will be given
R={(%KCET+%QE)/200}×100
Then they will sort ,who has got more R(i have taken this ‘R’ for better understanding) value will get good rank.
And the rank to a particular ‘R’ value varies every year
if my family income annual is less tan 50000 and I do well in Karnataka cet also iam a general candidate.can I get a popular college
Yes dear , you can definetily get in good colleges through KCET . having a good hold on the concepts will help you to good in KCET 2020 exam. If you get good rank in KCET then you can surely get in good college although you belongs to general category . You should target to get more than 150 marks out of 180 to get admission in popular colleges .
You can also check the previous year cutoff of KCET :

Karnataka cet exam 2020, B.Sc (Agri), veterinary & Engineering ranking how to calculate puc Marks & Cet exam marks?
KCET rank will be calculated by considering the performances in KCET and Qualifying examination (QE).
Let us consider that u have scored 131/180 in KCET and 288/300 in your qualifying exam, then your % marks in KCET is 72.77% and in QE it is 96% now add this two.
The formula used to calculate your rank is given below
R={(%KCET+%QE)/200}×100
In my example,
{(72.77+96)/200}×100= 84.3
Depending on the R the KCET ranks are sorted.
Good preparation for COMEDK karnataka cet. How to manage time in exam? 180 questions in 180 minutes. Exam pattern is Each question is awarded 1MARK if correct. Otherwise no negative marking even if the chosen option is incorrect. please give me the suggestion. I am preparing for jeemain.
hi,
see questions will be based on physics, chemistry and matematics, where I think physics and mathematics calculation may take the largest time, however you need to make a time schedule like how much time you want to invest for each subject, it will be easier for you to deciding if you practice a mock test of jee main or comedk as in exam like environment and after giving exam check the score separately for each subjects,
careers360 has jee main knockout program for students who are self preparing, the program consists of mock test, lectures on different crucial topics etc,
you may join the program to boost up your performances,
sir can I get bvsc college through karnataka cet
No you cannot get BVSC college through the Karnataka CET exam. NEET is the only ALL INDIA ENTRANCE EXAMINATION for admission i to all the medical courses like MBBS, BAMS, BHMS, bpt OR BVSC.
So you need to prepare for NEET exam only. Through Karnataka CET, you can get into pharmacy and pharma D courses.
Thankyou.
