my rank in jkcet is 967 . can I get seat in NIT kashmir
You can get into NIT Srinagar only through JEE Main. So you need to clear JEE Main first and then only you will be eligible for NIT Srinagar. Last year the cutoff of general category( Home State) for various branches of NIT Srinagar are as follows.
- CHE - 251688
- CE - 80180
- CSE - 86880
- EE - 98474
- ECE - 139727
- IT - 137795
- ME - 133547
- MME - 343608
There are only 4/5 months left for JEE Main 2021. Prepare well if you want to get into NIT Srinagar.
What colleges can I get with CRL Rank 76723 and OBC-NCL Rank 21796 in JEE Main?(Home State- Jammu & Kashmir)
And at this rank chances of some new Nit like Nagaland,Manipur with lower branches looks possible.
Also chances may be possible in new IIIT like Agartala,Manipur, Bhagalpur.

can i get seat in skaust kashmir on 42 marks
Hello
You have not mentioned the exam in which yiu got these marks, nor the cpourse you want to get admission in. For BTeh you need to have scored around 47 marks so with 42 it is possible that you might get a seat in the 3rd round of counselling but for PCB stream , if you are from open category, chances are that you will not get admission here. Hi
It's quite difficult to predict that whether you will get seat or not as cut off marks for medical colleges keeps changing every year depending upon various factors like number of students that appeared in the exam, kind of marks obtained by them , toughness level of the examination etc.
But when we go through previous data then it suggests that with 608 marks you hold a very good chance to get a seat in a Government Medical College in Srinagar
For example,
In Neet 2019, 539 marks for general category got a seat in Government Medical College, Srinagar under Jammu and Kashmir state quota
You also have chances in :
*SKIMS Medical College, Srinagar
*Government Medical College, Jammu
*Government Medical College, Kathua
And more

I am extremely sorry to tell you dear but being a domicile a domicile of Jammu and Kashmir you cannot get into Aiims.
This is because,
Admission in AIIMS is through all India counselling but residents of Jammu and Kashmir are not eligible for participating in all India counselling for Government Medical Colleges and thus you cannot get into AIIMS.
Actually,
You are eligible to participate in all India counselling but only for deemed universities and not for government medical college like Aiims and others.
