Last year the cut off for Kasturba Medical College, Manipal was a rank of 25915 and for Kasturba Medical College, Mangalore was a rank of 31139. This year the cut off  marks is expected to rise although the cut off rank will be around 30000. Since there has been increase in the total seats available in the counselling, the ranks can go further as well.

KMC manipal and MS Ramaiah both are equals in terms of rating but the fees in KMC Manipal is about INR 65 lakhs and in Ramaiah it is INR 26 lakhs but KMC has a better Infrastructure and facilities like Labs and WIFi Campus than MS Ramaiah ,in terms of placement in KMC the average package is INR 10 lakhs but in MS Ramaiah it is INR 4.80 lakhs .You can even compare and see it for yourself in the link given below and choose a college which suits according to you.

On such marks and category you have good chances of getting GANDHI MEDICAL COLLEGE, SECUNDERABAD & KAKATIYA MEDICAL COLLEGE, WARANGAL according to previous year's cut-off. see kasturba medical college is under manipal university. the eligibility criteria for all md and ms course is  candidates must complete MBBS degree from an Institution / University recognized by Medical Council of India (MCI) Internship completion date should be on or before 31.03.2020 (for 2020 admission) Candidates holding foreign degree must be registered practitioners in the Country from where they have obtained their degree and MUST obtain a temporary registration certificate from Medical Council of India (MCI).

Hi Anirudh, while comparing all the three colleges you given, I think KMC Warangal is the best one. There are 29 courses are provided in this college. While in kamineni and Apollo only  16 courses are available. In KMC they give good placement results and being a good college. To know more about the KMC college, visit the official website.

With 546 marks in NEET 2020 and being OBC Category candidate, you have chances of getting medical seat in these colleges and depending upon previous year's cut off trend you have chances in  Ramaiah Medical college , Ram manohar lohia college, Maulana Abul Kalam medical college etc.
