Frm below clg which clg requires how much marks for cutoff for management quota for other state students & what is the fee for each clg Plz mention whether __fee is annually or for 5.5 years KMC mangalore KMC Manipal MS Ramaiah St Johns Medical College mention clg which is best & has less fee & mark
Dear Aspirant,
The National Institute Ranking Framework’s (NIRF) ranks these institutes in the following manner:
-
KMC Manipal – No. 9
-
St John’s Medical College – No 14
-
KMC Mangalore – No. 21
-
Ramaiah Medical College – No. 30
So your choice is in the top 30 colleges in India and hence their selection process is also going to be merit inclined even in management seats. Your NEET examination rank will be extremely important. In Karnataka, 85% of seat will be allocated on the basis of KEA Counselling and 15% from All India Quota (AIQ). To be considered for KEA the student should have studied and passed in one or more Government or Government recognised educational institutions located in the State of Karnataka for a minimum period of SEVEN academic years commencing from 1st standard to 2nd PUC / 12th standard as on 1st July of the year in which the Entrance Test is held.
If you need to pay low fees in the range of 15Lakhs then your NEET rank is the determining factor. Ramaiah is your best bet in terms of Management quota and expect you fees to be between 45-50Lakhs. You may contact them to weigh your eligibility.
Good Luck
Sir I m resident of Maharashtra but i want to take admission in deemed university or private medical college of Karnataka m i eligible for it? My category - OBC & also what would be cutoff - 1)for top pvt med clg of Karnataka 2)for clg which has less fee Suggest both type of college KMC, JMC Banglor
Cut offs change every year depending on various factors such as no.of Candidates appearing for the exam, no.of Candidates qualified, top NEET score and difficulty of the exam. Karnataka is an Open State and so you can participate in its State Counselling because Private Medical Colleges do not participate in All India Counselling and the seats are filled through State Counselling alone. All the 15% of All India Quota Seats except for Jammu and Kashmir, 100% Seats at Deemed and Central Universities, IP Quota seats in ESIC Colleges, Seats at AFMC, AIIMS and JIPMER are filled by DGHS. So if you want to secure a seat in KMC, you need to appear for State Counselling only because KMC is still a Deemed to be University and not a Deemed University yet. So you have to attend its State Counselling. And with OBC reservation, you should score nothing less than 500 for a seat in a Private Medical College.
