Well to take admission in Kasturba medical college for dentistry a student of general category should try to score above 500+ to get a seat. This year cut off increased a lot because of which this is expected. Through state quota also the same requirements will be there.

Dear Aditi, we have KMC in Manipal and Mangalore. You haven't mentioned which KMC you are mentioning about. But both are Private Medical Colleges and Karnataka being an Open State, a score of atleast 550 is necessary for a seat in either of these colleges under OBC Category. Having said that cut offs change every year depending on various factors such as no.of candidates appearing for the exam, no.of candidates qualified, top NEET score and difficulty of the exam.

Deemed Universities has Management Quota seats, NRI seat & some have Muslim  minority seats. There is no category reservation in Deemed Universities.

According to the NEET 2019 cutoff, candidate with rank of 16220 was allotted a seat in Kasturba Medical College, Manipal through management quota in the Mop Up round 1.

Well if you want a seat from All India quota then you should aim for a score more than 450+ for KMC under deemed University quota.

If you go for state quota then you should try to aim for a score more than 480+ in order to secure a seat. State one has lower fees and hence high cut off.

As per your requirement, i would say that as you have completed your bsc degree in microbiology and now want to get admission in clinical embryology, you need to qualify the eligibility criteta and have a good ranking of thr respective college exams.

After your results are out of universities, you will be applying for counseling after which you can decide your college admissions.
