As far as I know, colleges like these do not reveal the number of seats left after the filling starts. You can know the total number of seats but not the number of seats left as the keep some of them reserved for the last minute admissions, some for management quota and some for other purposes that they do not want you to know. If you are eligible and they have a vacant seat then you will get it otherwise not, as simple as that.

Well counselling is done completely by KEA and not personally by KMCH. So the alst date of counseling announced by the KEA will be the official last date of release of cut off and last allotment list after which no further admission will.happen.

Admission to KMC Mangalore is through All India Counselling for Deemed Universities. Reservations are not accounted in this counselling. In 2019, for getting a management seat in KMC Mangalore you have to have a score 550 and plus. At your brother’s marks, you can get NRI seat at KMC Mangalore which is very costly.

Well the cut off for NRI category students goes low and admission becomes easy. Because of this the admission in any government college might be possible and as far as KMC Manipal is concerned, the cut off there is also pretty high because of which admission have moderate chances.

You need to apply for counselling in order to get a medical seat. Based on score you got , the chances of you to get an government medical seat is very lonely, actually no chance . you can apply for management quota . The cost of management seat if very high, it starts at 11 lakh per year minimum. Therefore i would recommend you to look into fees structure and decide what is best for you.
