Admission to MBBS course in Kasturba Medical College, Manipal is done on the basis of marks in the NEET UG entrance exam.NEET UG is the entrance exam for admission to Medical, dental colleges in the country (except AIIMS and JIPMER).You will have to qualify the NEET UG exam and counseling for admission will be done through centralized common counseling conducted by DGHS.

We can expect about the first round counsellign around 498 or near about it .
For second round of counselling , closing score would be around 470-475.

Criteria for freeship-
Candidate need to get an All India Rank between 1-2000 for MBBS and between 1 to 7500 for BDS courses.
For candidates who score between 2001 to 5000 for MBBS course and 7501 to 15000 for BDS, a freeship cum scholarship will be given based on the annual income of their parents.
Also, freeship will be continued only if candidate continues to score above 65% in their university examinations every year.
You need to apply for NEET Entrance Exam, The counselling will be conducted by DGHS, on behalf of MCC on the basis of NEET score. You can check NEET Eligibility with the given below link.
