Mostly this situation is not going to cause you problem. If you have produced valid documents during the time when you wrote the exam ,it means that you have written the exam as an EWS candidate and you are a NET qualified candidate for lifetime as long as the documents and details you submitted at the time of your exam are genuine. Moreover, if you have scored above the clearing score of unreserved (gen) category then you sure have nothing to worry. Your marks around 416 and you are belongs to OEC CATEGORY so According to previous year cutoff may get BAMS/BHMS in government college or you can try for MBBS/BDS seats in private colleges but the cutoff of Colleges changes every year so it is very diffecult to analyse accurately so please use Colleges predictor tool and predict your college.

GDC Alappuzha had cutoff of 481 marks last year equivalent to an AIQ rank of 29385 for general category. I will enlist the cutoffs of other dental colleeges of Kerala -

Having said this cutoffs keep fluctuating from year to year as they depend on various factors like number of candidates appearing, paper level difficulty, etc. So try to score around 500-510 and above to be on the safer side.
