Your rank is quite descent thus you may get admission in the middle tier of colleges that comprise of nit and iiit . But you should keep your home state nit as your preference as you will get 50 percent home quota which will increase your chances of being in a nit .

Well, first of all congratulations for that rank and 10/10 in intermediate.With your eligibility you will getting a scholarship that is there will be a fee waiver and you should pay around 2 lacs per annum.Usually fee structure for klu is around 2.7 lacs.
