Yes , Surly you can get the college because you only need to fulfill the basic eligibility criteria of NEET for Instance for a General category students / Unreserve candidates they only need 50 % of marks in 12th standard.
Talking about SC/ ST / OBC/ reserved PH they only need 40% of marks .
Basically, I wanted to ask that ,your 12th marks not going to create problem in NEET counselling or during admission ,

Hope you are doing great ! Kl university has two branch ,one of them is in Hyderabad ,to get seat ,all the aspects like reservation,seats,category are considered ,as see the previous year cutoffs,to get a seat in kl university your rank should be below 4000 ,after this you will get the admission easily , and the exam for entrance is conducted by university itself ,you need not to given any other entrance exam , so do hardwork to get the seat .

can we apply to cse branch in phase 2 applications of kl university?

Yes, you can select your choice of program as CSE while registering for KLEEE 2022 Phase 2 Entrance Examination. The choice of program preference while registering is for statistical purpose only so selecting a branch does not implies that you will be allotted seat in CSE branch only. The admission is solely based on merit in written test and performance in interview. So based on your score, preferences of branch at the time of counselling and seat availability a seat will be allotted to you. The last date to register for KLEEE Phase 2 is February 23, 2022. The exam is scheduled on February 26, 2022 and February 27, 2022. The admit cards will be released on February 24, 2022.
