Yes you can appear for KCET entrance examination. It is a competitive exam so you can appear for it.
KCET has the age critera that you have to be minimum of 17 years as on or before 31st December of the year of admission.for applying. There is no maximum age limit for KCET

Upper Primary Classes cater to 6th Standard to 8h Standard, as you've already done graduation and BEd, you can apply for KTET on state level, you need to check out the aggragte for the category you belong to which you can do by visiting the official website at https://ktet.kerala.gov.in/index.php
In addition to this, you can also apply for CTET conducted by CBSE on a national level if you fulfill the eligibility criteria, it takes place twice a year, you can get the detailed information at https://ctet.nic.in/
