which is better between lbsim and fore
Greetings!
Lal Bahadur Shastri institute of management, Delhi was established in 1995 . Fore school of management, Delhi was established in 1981. The total fees of PGDM Course at lbsim is Rs.12.90 lakh while at fore is Rs. 16.98 lakh. Average salary offered at fore school is Rs. 10.40 lakh while at lbsim ,it is Rs. 7.18 lakh. There is no gym at fore school but lbsim also support gym facilities. Also , the faculty are good at both colleges.
On the above basis of comparison , it is found that fore school is better in terms of placement. However keeping the fact that along with college, a student's talent make him grab a good placement ,so lbsim is also good. If you are financially not so strong then opt for lbsim , you have good college life as well as placement.
Hope this will help you.
can i get a call from lbsim with cat 79
Dear aspirant,
There are very less chances of you getting the call from Ibsim at 79 percentile if you are from general category . Because Ibsim being the top b school have a good competition so the cutoff mainly falls in the range of 85-88%.
But you can still have hope if you have Performed very good in academics and have some exceptional achievement in any extra curricular activities. Because the cat score has 60% weightage and the other 40% is for academics and other overall personality and strong portfolio.
Hope this information helps you, and here are some relevant articles.
