See as per the information available, most of the countries outside India pays salary over 1Lakh per month but those are proportionate to the market price of that place. The value of 1Lakh in India and the value of its equivalent in USA are not the same. The salaries may increase outside India but the expenses there are also proportionate to the income.

YES , altaf it is possible to get admission in government colleg thorugh JEE main exam, all you need to do is register your self for the jee main exam, and as per teh score you will achieve , you admission will be done on teh basis of cut off only, if you clear teh exam with a good rank , the you will definitely get a top government and need not to worry you can pply for the jee main with 50% marks in your 12th. just study hard and do clear your jee main exam, you will get your admission done in government college for b.tech. all the very best  have a great future ahead.

Be an architect photographer. All you need to know is how to use rule of thirds.

Many architects also become graphic designer.

Average package in India - 

The value of an architect is not because of what he has studied but what projects he has executed or worked on! 

So for now focus on learning and completing projects for the next five years.
