I also made change in examination language and its payable i thought i will be free. I donmot wish to pay this modified fees, will i be able to give exam with my original form or i will not be able to give exam??

Samprikta Mondal 25th Oct, 2024

Unfortunately, it's highly unlikely that you will be able to give the exam with the original form if you made changes and didn't pay the modification fee.

Most online application systems are designed to prevent unauthorized changes and to ensure data integrity. If you made changes to your application, it's likely that the system has recorded these changes and will require you to pay the modification fee to proceed.

Here are some possible consequences of not paying the modification fee:

  • Application Rejection: Your application might be rejected if the system detects unauthorized changes.
  • Data Loss: The system might overwrite your original application data with the modified version, potentially leading to data loss or inconsistencies.
  • Delays: Unauthorized modifications could cause delays in the application processing.

To resolve this issue, you should:

  1. Contact the Application Support: Reach out to the support team of the online application system as soon as possible. Explain the situation and request to revert your application to its original state.
  2. Pay the Modification Fee: If necessary, be prepared to pay the required modification fee to have your application restored to its original state.

cetificate course in korean language scope and its salaeu

Deepti Singh 17th Oct, 2024

Hello,

It may open a lot of opportunities to learn a certificate course in Korean, especially when there's significant interest in Korean culture, K-pop, and business relations between India and South Korea.

Scope:

Career Opportunities: Korean proficiency leads to translation, interpretation, teaching, tourism, and jobs in companies that are tied up with Korea, like Samsung, LG, and Hyundai.

Cultural Exchange: Speaking the language adds possibilities in cultural exchange programs, media, and content creation.

This would also set the stage for more education in South Korea.

Salary:

The pay scale for a translation or teaching assistant post would range from 20,000 to 40,000 per month. As experience grows-especially in a corporate setup-the paycheck is surprisingly high, often between 60,000 to 1,00,000 per month or more, depending on the specific field or posting.

In general, a certificate in Korean will significantly boost your opportunity of becoming more employable and help enhance your prospects at work.

during ssc mts form fillup i mistakenly opted language preference as hindi, so can i change the language in English during exam hall?

monag2673 29th Sep, 2024

If you mistakenly selected Hindi as your language preference during the SSC MTS form fill-up, changing the language to English in the exam hall is generally not permitted. The language preference you choose is binding, and you must adhere to it during the exam. However, SSC MTS is designed as a bilingual exam, meaning that questions are presented in both Hindi and English.

While you cannot change your language preference, you can still read and answer questions in English since both languages are available. This feature allows candidates to understand the questions better, even if they selected Hindi initially. To prepare for the exam effectively, it’s advisable to familiarize yourself with the format and practice using both languages.

If you have concerns about your language choice, it’s best to check the official SSC guidelines or contact their help desk for clarification. They can provide the most accurate information regarding your specific situation. In summary, while you can't switch your preference to English in the exam hall, the bilingual nature of the test should assist you in navigating the questions comfortably.

hope this helps you!!

Shrutika Wahane 26th Aug, 2024

Hello there,

It's great that you've learnt a whole new language by yourself. However, if you talk about getting a job, it might be difficult for you as every company will give their first preference to a person with a institute certification on that language. However, you can build your resume by doing several good internships related to your field. This can lead to full-time job as well.

I hope this information will be helpful to you.

can i choose hindi as language subject in cuet for getting admission in bcom hons in srcc in Delhi University

Prachi Kumari 26th Aug, 2024

Hello,

To pursue B.Com (Hons) at Shri Ram College of Commerce (SRCC), Delhi University, through the CUET (Common University Entrance Test), it's crucial to understand the specific requirements for the language subjects and the entrance exam pattern.

Language Requirements for CUET:

  1. Language Choices in CUET:

    • The CUET allows students to choose from a range of language subjects, including Hindi, for the language component.
    • Generally, students select one language subject from the list of options provided in the CUET, which can be used for calculating the best of four subjects as per the admission criteria.
  2. Impact on B.Com (Hons) Admission:

    • For admission to B.Com (Hons) at SRCC, the university usually considers the best of four subjects from the CUET score. This includes the language subject you choose.
    • While Hindi can be chosen as a language subject in CUET, the exact criteria for calculating your best four subjects and their weightage might vary.
  3. Specific Requirements for SRCC:

    • SRCC often requires students to have a good score in the domain-specific subjects relevant to the B.Com (Hons) course.
    • In addition to the language subject, ensure that you meet the subject-specific requirements and cut-offs set by SRCC.

Choosing Hindi as your language subject in CUET should be acceptable, provided you meet all other admission criteria and cut-offs set by SRCC.

Hope it helps !

Hi, I Have completed A1,A2, and B1 level in french language ca i get govt job based on this, can anyone please confirm me, and if so where i should apply for that exam.

Kanishka kaushikii 23rd Aug, 2024

Hello aspirant,

Yes, having completed A1, A2, and B1 levels in French can certainly enhance your chances of getting a government job in India. Many government departments and organizations value proficiency in foreign languages, especially those with diplomatic, cultural, or trade relations with French-speaking countries.

Here are some potential avenues to explore:

1. Indian Foreign Service (IFS):

  • The IFS is a prestigious service that offers opportunities to serve in Indian embassies and consulates abroad.
  • Proficiency in French can be a significant advantage in securing a posting to a French-speaking country.
  • You can find more information about the IFS on the Ministry of External Affairs website: https://www.mea.gov.in/

2. Central and State Government Departments:

  • Several central and state government departments, such as the Ministry of Commerce and Industry, the Ministry of Tourism, and various state tourism boards, often require employees with foreign language skills.
  • Check the official websites of these departments for job notifications and recruitment processes.

3. Public Sector Undertakings (PSUs):

  • Many PSUs, especially those involved in international trade or collaboration, seek candidates with foreign language skills.
  • Look for job openings on the websites of major PSUs.

4. International Organizations:

  • If you're interested in working for international organizations like the United Nations or UNESCO, proficiency in French can be a valuable asset.
  • Check their official websites for job postings and recruitment processes.

5. Private Sector Companies:

  • While not strictly government jobs, many private sector companies, especially those operating in sectors like tourism, hospitality, and international trade, require employees with foreign language skills.

Tips for Applying:

  • Highlight your French language skills: In your job applications and interviews, emphasize your proficiency in French and how it can benefit the organization.
  • Prepare for language assessments: Many government and private sector organizations conduct language assessments as part of the recruitment process.
  • Network with professionals: Build connections with people working in your desired field to learn about job opportunities and gain insights into the recruitment process.

I hope this information helps.
