Language
Dear Student,
You choose CSE branch only if you are interested in coding/programming otherwise you will not succeed in this field.
And in programing you don't need to learn the long codes you just need to know the syntax of that particular language whether it is a C/C++/Java/Python. Rest part is just the logic and you can modify that if you can and make that code short. You need to improve your logical thinking so that you can write good code without learning.
Good Luck :)

Hey Jessica!
Your question is a bit unclear. The medium of teaching depends on the college or university or other educational institutions in which a student is enrolled in. You will have to specify the name of the college or any other educational institution which you are referring to in your question. Once you mention the name of the institution, then only any accurate answer could be given. Generally, if we take an example of Delhi University (DU), there the medium of teaching remains English as well as hindi. So, it basically depends on the different universities as well as the geographical region in which an institution is situated. English remains the most common medium of teaching. You may provide the detail of the educational institution in your question and you may post it or write in the comment section so that your query can be cleared.
Ideally first you should learn C/C++ as well as Master in Python. Followed by learning about Data Structres and Algorithms (C++) as well as exploring Data Science and Machine Learning (Python). Apart from this practice Coding regularly, take up Projects and Internships. I believe this would be enough. Secondly always pay attention to your College Coursework and try exploring your area of interest to depth, be it Web Development (HTML, JavaScript, CSS), Software Development or Data Science related vertical.
