Is Kannada language test is necessary in KCET 2020 under eligibility cretaria of j ?
The eligibility criteria are basically the parameters, for the students who wish to apply in KCET. Well this exam is mainly for the students who are residents of Karnataka. The candidates who have studied for complete 10 academic years in Kannada language need not to appear in the Kannada language test conducted by KEA. But the students whose mother tongue is Kannada , Tulu or Kodava language and who have studied for 7 academic years in the Kannada speaking area ; they have to appear in the Kannada language Test.
The test will be conducted by Karnataka Examination Authority. Good luck !

The details for Kannada Language test :
The candidates claiming eligibility for Government seats under Horanadu & Gadinadu Kannadiga clauses and whose mother tongue is Kannada, Tulu or Kodava, will have to undergo a Kannada language test. The test is conducted by KEA only in Bangalore Centre. The minimum passing marks for all Horanadu and Gadinadu Kannadiga candidates is
12 out of 50 marks
in order to be considered for assignment of ranks and to become eligible for allotment of seats in Common Entrance Tests. The test paper is of 4th Standard Level. However, the Horanadu and Gadinadu Kannadiga candidates who have studied 10 full academic years in Kannada Medium from 1st standard to 10th standard in places outside the state of Karnataka need not appear for the test.

The language part in NTSE exam has been removed. Now, there will be a total of 2 sections: MAT and SAT.
MAT comprises reasoning and SAT consists of Science, Maths, Social Science.

You working in UAE and your child is being studied there in UAE of CBSE syllabus that's good.

Firstly .
You have to apply online .but the candidate should come.to India to write the exam as there are no centre aboard
If you have a birth certificate of residence Karnataka them no problem your son can easily take the exam .

For studying in Germany mainly you should have proficiency in english, a good gre, ielts or toefl score and an A2 certification in German Language. If you have a very good undergraduate percentage, a good resume/profile then you may also get scholarship or even free tuition. So i would advice you to get a 320+ gre score , an equally good score in ielts or toefl and would also advice you to keep on updating yourself with new skills to improve the variety in your profile.

which other exam also conducted with neet ug 2018 like AFMC AIPVT?
AFMC not conduct their own entrance exams admission of afmc trough NEET.
Candidates can fill the AFMC MBBS 2018 application form throughonline mode only.
Candidates who will be shortlisted on the basis of NEET will be called for Test of English Language, Comprehension, Logic and Reasoning (ToELR) and interview conducted by AFMC. It will be held in the month of June 2018. A final scores will be prepared on the basis of writtenToELR+ NEET+ Interview Marks.
Apart from these there are no other exam associated with NEET
