Hello! It's fantastic that you've recognized your passion in computer science and wish to pursue it instead of physics. Even if you're nearing the end of your BSc in physics, there are still options for moving into the field of computer science. Here are some things to think about:
- Postgraduate : After completing your BSc in physics, you can pursue a master's degree in computer science (MSc or MCA). Many universities offer postgraduate computer science programmes that welcome students from a variety of backgrounds. While certain programmes may have prerequisites, you can look into possibilities that match your interests and future goals.
- Self-Study and Online Courses : In addition to formal schooling, you can begin learning computer science concepts through online courses, tutorials, and tools. Lots of organizations provide a diverse choice of computer science courses at various levels. This will assist you in laying a solid basis even before you formally enrol in a new programme.
- Skills developmen t: When applying for computer science programs or job opportunities, emphasize the abilities you learned while studying physics. Transferable and valuable skills in computer science include problem-solving, analytical thinking, and mathematics.
- Internships and networking: Connect with computer science professionals through networking events, workshops, and online groups. Internships or part-time jobs in computer-related fields can give you with hands-on experience and industry insights.

Hi Suman Adhya, yes of course, Java is one of the core languages that has a wide scope not until the school drops but in future classes as well. In colleges, Java is taught as a part of core engineering subject. You can definitely learn from the basics, advancing to the professional learning in Java.
You can explore the world of Java through learning using various sources like books, online at GeeksforGeeks, and many other similar platforms, also you tube tech-channels.
So you see, there's a wide learning resources right for you which you can start learning as per your time schedules.
How this helps.
Wish you a great learning ahead!!
sir if there is any course after or with mbbs from where i can do little course in engineering where i can learn about engineering also.I just wanted to learn little bit engineering just as interest,if this track is right or not? I just keep distracting from my neet preparation.i am in 13th .
hello aspirant,
I hope that you are doing absolutely great.
With reference to your above mentioned query, I would like to tell you that there are no ways from which you can do Engineering and Medical simultaneously. As both mbbs and engineering are very different, they
are poles apart and there is no provision which allows to do both mbbs and engineering at the same time
. So ,even if you qualify both jee and neet , you will have to choose either engineering or mbbs.
Further, if your wish is to study and know something more about Engineering fundamentals while doing MBBS, then you can learn Engineering fundamental concepts free on Youtube or on GOOGLE. There are number of Youtube channels that are ready to teach you basics of Engineering as your interests align in Engineering.
So, you can learn some courses on Youtube or GOOGLE to learn Engineering and Medical Simultaneously.
I hope that this will help.
