What is the process of study for LLB after inter
Hello student,
You can study law directly after Class 12th too. There are two types of Law courses in India- 3 year LLB and 5 year integrated LLB. For 3 year LLB you need to complete any graduation degree like BA, BCOM, BBA, BsC etc first and then you can do law. But in case of 5 year integrated law course no such graduation degree is required. It's an Integrated course that combines an Undergraduate degree with Law like BA LLB, BCOM LLB, etc. You can get admission in these directly after class 12th. There are various colleges in India offering this course. You can get admission in top colleges through Entrance exams. Some colleges might also consider you 12th boards score. Here are a few top colleges and their entrances.

I want to know scope of BBA LLB
BBA LLB is a 5 year Integrated Law course which will combine and undergraduate degree of BBA along with Law. So normally it would take you 6 years to complete such a course- 3 years for BBA and 3 years for Law but here it is an integrated course completed im 5 years. In BBA LLb the course would be designed in such a way that you study both subjects of BBA and Law and you get an insight of interrelation between Business Administration and areas of Law.
SUBJECTS INVOLVED-
In most of the colleges the first 3 years you study both BBA/BA subjects with Law. And in the last 2 years you will study only law subjects
The basic area of differentiation would be the subjects that you study in the first 3 years. In case of BBA, the subjects are-
Business MathematicsBusiness OrganizationOrganizational BehaviorBusiness EconomicsStatisticsHuman Resource ManagementFinancial managementMarketing MarketingRisk ManagementAnd Other such subjects involved in BBA along with law subjects.
CAREER OPPORTUNITIES
While choosing you should know that the career opportunities offered by other law courses do not vary much. A BBA LLB graduate will not have any edge above a BA LLb graduate and vice a versa. The onlu different that the two course make is that in case you further seek to specialise in any filed of law such as Business Laws, Corporate Laws etc you might gain a better hold over the terminologies and basics of the business world. In case you plan to go intoLitigation/Judicial Services/Civil or Law services examsthe choice of course will not matter. In case you decide to pursueCorporate Law,the chances still remain the same, practically. BA graduates have equal opportunities like a BBA graduate. The placements for both are similar. It matters more on the internships, moots, research papers more than the choice of course. So you can even pursue BA LLB while being interested in corporate law. As the colleges like NLU delhi, NLS Bangalore with the highest and best placements in corporate offer only BA LLB.It is just that, in practical terms, a BBA graduate will still have a better understanding and foundation of the management concept.Hence, while deciding between the two you should look at what subjects you are interested it and pursue that course as it will make your entire course more fruitful. Also, make sure that you consider the plans that you have in mind for the future, which can help yoi decide which course you would want to opt. Even though the choice between the two will not cause any huge difference in your career opportunities, but it can help you in specialisation and more.
ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA-
The eligibility criteria for both course in same in most of the colleges. It ranges between a minimum aggregate of 45-55% marks in your 12th boards to be eligible from any stream. So even a Science, Arts, Commerce graduate can pursue both BA LLb as well as BBA LLb.
Best of luck

What should we select to become judge
Dear aspirant,
follow the steps to become a judge
Step One: Obtain an Undergraduate Degree
First, you will need to obtain a bachelor's degree. There is no specified major for aspiring lawyers, but do make certain that your 4-year curriculum includes courses in government, foreign language, public speaking and history. Researching, writing and analytical abilities will also be necessary in your legal career.
Step Two: Attend Law School and Obtain a Juris Doctor
Most judges have earned law degrees. In some states, you may become a judge without a law degree, but your prospects will be greatly enhanced if you obtain this credential. You must pass the Law School Admission Test (LSAT) in order to be admitted to law school. Achieving a good score on the LSAT, along with excellent undergraduate grades, can help your chances of being admitted to competitive law programs.
You should also attend a law school that has been approved by the American Bar Association. Your curriculum should include courses such as civil procedure, evidence, legal philosophy, advanced legal research and jurisprudence. Law school takes about three years to complete. Upon graduating, you'll receive a Juris Doctor (J.D.).
Step Three: Pass the Bar and Other Exams
In all states, you must pass a written bar examination. A passing score on an ethics examination is also required in most states. Most U.S. states and territories require candidates to take the Multistate Bar Examination (MBE), a 200-question test that lasts six hours. The multiple-choice questions on the MBE evaluate examinees' knowledge of areas such as constitutional law, criminal law, evidence and contracts. Varying state by state, a local bar exam may be required along with the MBE and the ethics exam.
Step Four: Become Appointed or Elected to the Court
Experienced lawyers can be either elected or appointed to judgeships. This process often involves politics. Federal administrative law judges receive their appointments from government agencies, and they are required to take a comprehensive test given by the U.S. Office of Personnel Management. A number of state-level judges are appointed to their posts, while others are elected by voters. In several states, appointed commissions evaluate candidates for judgeships.
Step Five: Complete Judgeship Training
Elected and appointed judges must participate in training programs, as required by every state. Judicial education programs are offered by the National Center for State Courts and the American Bar Association. In the majority of states, judges are required to enroll in continuing education classes throughout their careers.
hope this help you out
all the best

But DU LLB colleges also have an active campus placements. In the previous years various placements have been made in several Law firms based in Delhi or other cities like Mumbai. There are placements in legal departments of other companies like KPMG too. Ans various lawyers also recruit through these campus placements. So overall, placements through DU LLB are good.
