So with regard to your query, the admission process in Delhi University is done in two ways, 1) entrance based admission 2) merit based exam.
Entrance Based exam:
To get admission through entrance based exam you need to write DUET exam. The exam is conducted by NTA. Once the merit list is released by the authorities you need visit the university for the purpose of DU admission form.
Merit Based admission:
For this process the undergraduate marks of the students are considered and after registering yourself in the portal, the university releases the cutoff and you need to check the list. Once if you get selected you need to visit the campus for the purpose of admission process.
Eligibility criteria for Entrance Exam i.e. DUET:
To be eligible for the exam you need to complete any degree with 55% of aggregate marks. It is a PG level exam so you need to complete your undergraduate course.
