Bcom after Bcom llb admission without clat
Hello,
CLAT is for integrated law courses such as BA-LLB/BCom-LLB/BBA-LLB to name a few for a duration of five years, and it's eligibility criteria is passed 10+2 from a recognized board securing 45% aggregate, CLAT isn't conducted for three years LLB for which the eligibility criteria is passed graduation in any discipline from a recognized university securing 45%-50% aggregate, now if you're in 12th standard or appearing in the same, then consider integrated law course, there are various entrance tests regarding this such as CLAT/LSAT/AILET/BLAT/LFAT to name a few, in some cases admission is also based on the merit of the qualifying examination.
on the other hand if you're already a graduate or in the final year you can consider LLB for a duration of three years, for that you can appear for DU LLB/BHU UET/LAT or we also have state level law exams such as AP LAWCET/TS LAWCET/KLEE/MAH CET LAW etc, admission can also be based on the merit of the qualifying examination as in case of TNDALU.

Dear aspirant,
If you're asking if final year students in their graduation are eligible to apply for LLB then yes, they can apply on provisional basis, but they have to make sure that during counselling or any other procedure that requires them to show the proof of their qualifying exam, they have to adhere to this else this will lead to their cancellation of candidature, usually the eligibility criteria for LLB is passed graduation in any discipline from a recognized university with 45-50% aggregate depending upon the norms of the university, you should check out the detailed information at the official website before applying.
