as i consider you as general category at 95 percentile you will not able to get any branch at lnmiit
if you belong to other caste then you have a chance to get this college

as viewing your all the options i suggest you to go for comedk as your is 737 which is good as at this rank you will get good college and choose your branch as computer science
in bitsat you will not get any good branch
but you also appear in jee main counseling and fill preferance of college wisely.

I regret to say this but chances of your admission in LNMIIT with this percentile is a bit low and that too when you do not have access to benefits of any special category since you belong to a general category . You can definitely participate in the counselling for you might get a seat in physical round of counselling . l am confused whether to take admission in LNMIIT or go for as I have 94.4% in Jee Mains. I am asking this question as the fees of LNMIIT is way too high and there is a little chance getting CCE branch there. Or I should go for some NIT with lower branches. Or should I go for CSE in IPU?

No you can't get cse at Lnmiit.
Secondly you also won't be getting any good nit with your rank hence in my opinion IPU is the best option and you are also getting cse branch this would be good for your career ahead among the above mentioned colleges.
Hence I would suggest go for IPU, the placement and other facilities are also good at IPU.

Therefore with a rank of 50k in JEE Mains, you should get a seat in ECE at LNMIIT. Although, the dynamics of cutoff keeps changing every time, but since the numbers are too far, hopefully you will get a seat in ECE.

Hope you are doing great there . LNMIIT is one of the premium colleges of india which is a dream college for a large no. of students . I regret to say this but the above above percentile , you can not get a seat in LNMIIT in any branch , therefore thinking of CSE makes no sense . Also your class 12th percentage is also quite low to get a seat in LNMIIT . To secure a seat in LNMIIT in a core branch , you should have a minimum of 97 percentile in your jee mains. The per annum fees of LNMIIT is about Rs. 2,22,925 .
