Can I repeat class 12th without going to college?
Hello Akshata,
Surely you can repeat class 12, if you have completed your 11th standard. Every College offer this type of system to complete 12th standard examination. You can appear for October attempt or for March attempt. It is totally up to you, when you want to appear for exam. Now due to pandemic, I think there will be only March attempt for 12th examination.
For your internal marks, college will ask you to complete practical and assignments. For practical and oral exam only, you need to go to the college. for different streams (Arts, Science and Commerce), different evaluation process will be conducted. Final exam will be conduct at college which is allotted to you by concern authorities. Hope you are satisfied with the answer.
Thank you and All the best!
Ive scored 487/650 in hsc (Maharashtra Board) 2020. Am i eligible in top 20 percentile of 2020 , to appear for jee in 2021?
Hey
IIT NIT admission requires that you have a minimum of 75% marks in your boards or be among the top 20 percentile of the students .
As your score is 487/650, your percentage is 74.92.
It is very much likely that you would be in the top 2 percentile of the people but there is no hundred percent surety.
You can contact your school and ask them about the same. They would give you the precise information.
Thankyou

Hello,
The eligibility criteria for IIITs through JOSSA counselling is as follows
- The candidates should have passed class 12 with a minimum of 75% marks or they must be in the top 20 percentile in their class 12 examination (65% for SC, ST Candidates).
Now as per your result, unfortunately you won't be eligible if you're a general category student but if you're an SC/ST Candidate then you're good to go.
You can refer to the following link to know more about JOSSA counseling

Hello there,
If you have taken up vocational subject in your 11th & 12th standard and gained 60% & above in it, you are eligible for engineering admissions.
Otherwise, if you haven't secured 50% in PCM, you can't apply for engineering.

I am in 11th standard and I have taken science (PCB) group can I take arts in 12th or I have to repeat class 11th ?(Maharashtra board)
Hello Aspirant,
Yes you can.But I would recommend you to talk to your college office for more information. If your college allows this.
But before you do it understand this , class 11th is the foundation for class 12th.
If you have studied the subjects of science in 11th standard it would be really difficult for you to understand the course of Arts in class 12th without the basic knowledge of its subjects which were taught in class 11th.
Always have this in mind-You can't build a great building on a weak foundation. You must have a solid foundation if you're going to have a strong superstructure.”Still final decision will be yours so I suggest take advise from college authorities.
GoodLuck!
