my merit rank in mht cet is 53000. and I have scored 39 and 46 percentile in mht cet and jee mains respectively. what are my options for computer engineering around Pune?

As per your rank computer science branch even through MHTCET considering you a resident of Maharashtra it is still difficult. I would recommend you to take the private college examinations like SRMJEEE, Manipal University, WBJEE, comedk,VITEEE.
You would be having more chances to get the computer science branch in any of the colleges.

As you have secured 52.7 percentile in MHTCET and 76.49 percentile in jee mains so let me tell you that there are certain factors such as number of candidates appearing in the examination, previous year cutoffs and difficulty level of the paper.
But honestly it would be difficult for you to get cse in the colleges in open category so I would recommend you to look for some other colleges.
