So as per your query, no it is not possible to study the computer science and engineering course through PCB. Because Mathematics will be the compulsory subject to it. So you need to study PCM for the CSE course.
However even after opting for PCB course, you can study the engineering courses like Bio medical engineering, Genetic Engineering, Biotechnology etc.,.
