Hi Candidate,
Before proceeding to the meditation Course, let's know about the benifits and the meaning of Meditation- Meditation is a practice where an individual uses a technique – such as mindfulness, or focusing the mind on a particular object, thought, or activity – to train attention and awareness, and achieve a mentally clear and stable piece of body and mind.
Here are some of the best meditation Centres in Mumbai which can help you achieve the peace of body and mind- Mumbai Meditation Centre, Osho Meditation Centre, Vipassana Meditation Centre, Art of Living Meditation Centre etc.

Hey.

Is MNLU Mumbai a good institute?
Dear Candidate
MNLU is a new college compared to other nlus so there isn't much that can be said about its performance in terms of placements and reputation. MNLU Mumbai is now being operated in Tata Institute of Social Sciences, at Deonar, Chembur Mumbai. Just because it is not having a campus of its own doesn’t mean that it is bad and has no potential to grow at an increasing rate. And as they have started with their first batch they definitely will gain advantage. each one of the new batch students shall be the brand ambassador of the institute at the same time there shall have to conjure many challenges in exploring everything new within the institution. So overall the only risk is that it lacks experience as it is a new college otherwise it is a good University. It ranks among top 10 Nlu's in india.
All the best
