Mahatma Gandhi University has been graded 'A' by NAAC so it's a good University to study in.
Their programme is designed in such a way that you'll get an understanding of components of tourism industry, acquire practical knowledge in all the areas included and will also develop entrepreneurial skills. In the other words, it will bridge the gap of availability of trained manpower for tourism industry by training you that way.
They ensure very effective placement, they have placement cell for the same that will assist you through out. They also provide intership with duration of 2 months called tourism services internship (TSI) during the final semester to get you ready for jobs. One month training will also be provided after the end of first semester.

Going by the cutoffs of previous years, you can get MBA IT in KU and MGU. You can get a seat in OU but not in the main campus. You can try for the Jogipet campus. Also, it is not possible to get a seat in Nizam though with this rank.

Your question is not complete as you have not stated the name of examination in which you are expecting such a rank. If this is JEE MAINS then you will surely get admission in any NIT and GFTI. You may not get CSE and ECE but will be able to get other branches like mechanical and civil.
