Hello Amit Kumar,
As a working professional managing operations and maintenance of EV charging stations, both programs - the Online MBA in Operations Management or the PGDM in Energy Management from Symbiosis - can be valuable, but the most appropriate choice will depend on your long term career goals.
If you hope to become a strategic leader in the EV and energy sectors, the PGDM in Energy Management fits more closely with this purpose. If you hope to assume broader leadership roles in diverse industries, then an MBA in Operations gives you broader flexibility.

In management, salary packages often depend on the specialization, college reputation, job role, and industry demand. However, some specializations generally offer higher packages than others.
Finance ; Known for high-paying roles like Investment Banking, Financial Analyst, and Risk Management. Top recruiters include banks, financial firms, and consulting companies.
Marketing ; Offers good packages in roles like Product Manager, Brand Manager, and Digital Marketing Head, especially in FMCG, tech, and e-commerce sectors.
Business Analytics OR Data Analytics ; In demand across industries due to data-driven decisions. Roles include Data Analyst, Business Intelligence Manager, etc.
Operations Management ; High salaries in logistics, supply chain, and manufacturing sectors, especially in global companies.
Human Resource Management ; While average packages are lower compared to Finance or Analytics, HR roles in top companies or MNCs can still offer attractive salaries.
International Business OR Strategy ; These are niche but offer high packages if pursued from top B-schools, especially for global roles.
