Congrats on your rank. As I have checked, the last cutoff of previous year, MET 2018 was 8218. Sorry to say but your rank is nowhere near the previous year rank and you probably cannot get into this course of Manipal. You can try for some other course or try again next year.

Coming to your question, getting Jaipur campus will be really easy because the main campus has the most rush though you can very easily manage a seat there too. Also, you can get the stream of your choice, even CSE will be very easy to get with this score.

As you know the cut-off marks are the minimum passing marks which are necessary to score to be qualified for the further admission procedure.On the basis of cut-off marks secured by you, the authority will also prepare the merit list on all India basis.With this rank, on the basis of previous year cutoff marks you can apply for only civil, EE, automobile, biotechonlogy in manipal campus,you can apply for civil,Mechanical, CSE, ECE, EE, IT for sikkim campus and you can apply for Civil, EC, Mechanical, Automobile,EE,CSE, IT and chemical in jaipur campus.

You have to look for some other branches with this rank because according to previous year analysis you are not eligible for the CSE branch at manipal main campus.

The Rank predicton & Admission possibilities would be difficult as Marking scheme has been changed, Previous year the Marking scheme was of total marks 200 but this year it is 800, Four marks will be awarded for every correct answer.
I would suggest you to wait till it officially announced.
