You are eligible for NEET even if you have studied Biology as an additional single  subject after your 12th

This is because,

The eligibility of students with Biology as an additional / optional subject  is in the supreme court but until it gives its judgement students, these students are eligible for neet.

So, you are eligible provided you must have got at least  50  % in aggregate of PCB  i.e Physics, Chemistry and Biology /biotechnology in 12th examination  if belongs to general category , or   at least  40%  in aggregate of PCB if belongs to  Obc/ Sc /st category.

Coming to how to fill the form

While filling the form one needs to fill her / her class 12 Roll number. Thus, you need fill the Roll number which you have on your class 12th certificate and not the Roll number which you have on the certificate of single subject Biology  additional . . During document verification you will have to carry both certificates.

• chemistry,

• biology/biotechnology

• English

• For the 5 th subject you can choose any subject other than listed above.

So, for biology marks, you need to refer your biology certificate.

You are asking this so I feel like you are applying for admission into a college. So don't worry about that. The college you are applying to won't ask for the marksheet right now as they know that Class 12th results are not released.

You can fill the form under results awaited status. Once the result will be pit you will be asked to upload the marksheet.
