hello guys pls reply im 23 now discontinued btech nd done my bachelors in mass comm so im thinkng of mba for a secured life will i get placed or due to dropour i wont
Dear Aspirant,
To get a placement after MBA depends upon candidate's profile. So if you have a dropout in your career then it will have some effects, but that does not meant that you will not get placements at all. I suggest at this point you have to make your academics the strong part, that is you have to make sure you score a very good grades in your MBA degree and make sure to get a good internship in your MBA.
Hope this helps. Thank you.
1. Is there any fixed percentage of BA exam to get a seat in mass communication? 2. is there any entrance exam for getting a seat in the mass communication after BA?
Hello
For mass communication you should complete your 12th with atleast 45%to 50%. So that you can eligible for many colleges .
Since every colleges have there own cutoff and many reputated college select candidates on the basis of 12th percentage.
Some of the popular university like KIIT university, BHU conduct entrance exam and also some college also conduct group discussion and personal interviews before allotment of seats.
Feel free to ask
Good Luck....

hlo guys help i cmpltd my ba in mass comm nd preparing entrance for ma in mass comm at university of hyderabad does it have placements in our field or what should i do to earn a good amount of salary for my family needs?
Greetings, Sundeep.
the M.A Mass Communications course at the University of Hyderabad is generally regarded as good as far as academics and exposure are concerned but the placements for this branch are average (3-5 lacs per annum).
First you should define what you mean by a good salary enough for your family's needs - if 4 lacs per annum is enough then yes, you can get decently placed but if you need more then you will have to either opt for a better college or work on some extra things while your time at the university of Hyderabad:
- Find and do internships in your field of mass communications with good firms and companies in Hyderabad.
- spend time earning some extra online course certificates related to your field and interests
- be in the top 10 of your batch during your M.A
- Work on your communication and English speaking skills and make them exceptional through online courses, practice using YouTube and reading books.
If you do all the aforementioned things then I do not see any reason as to why you would not get a great job (8+ lacs per annum) even when your other batchmates are unable to get placed.
Point is - do not depend much on your university degree for a good job and do extra work outside of your college responsibilities and you will have better opportunities open up.
hope I could help get some clarity for you,
Great day and best of luck.
which course has more scope in current society.. MA politics or MA mass communication?
Hi Nadanashan,
MA Politics and MA Mass communication both of these courses have good scopes in their concerned field.
Talking about MA Politics - It is a 2 year Post Graduation Course. After completing this course, there are various options like, you can be a Civil Servant or Political Researcher or Teacher etc, and the annual salary varies according to the job profile.
Similarly Talking about MA Mass Communication - It is a 2 year Post Graduation Course. After completing this course, there are various options like, you can be a Radio Jockey or a Public Relations Officer or a film director etc, and the annual salary varies according to the job profile.
So, both of these courses are good. But you need to check whether you are interested more in which one of these courses. Because even if a course has good scope but if you won't be interested to study and pursue a job afterwards it might not be beneficial for you. So if you really want to succeed, take some time and figure out what you want, what type of job will you like to dedicate your time into, what will be the course that you will enjoy reading and studying etc, Try finding out answers to these questions and ultimately you will be getting your query answered by yourself.
Hope this helps and if you have any more doubt, please feel free to comment.
