If you are enquiring about NEET UG 2021 AIQ counselling then the Choice Filling window will be available from 20th January to 24th January, 2022 (up to 11:55 PM) for first round as per the server time choice locking from January 24, 2022 04:00 PM to 11:55. If the choices are not locked by the candidate they will be automatically locked during the given period as mentioned above. So your choices are locked automatically even if you have not locked them manually. The last filled choices will be considered for seat allotment. You can also download and take the print out of the locked choice in the candidate login.
If you are enquiring regarding any other counselling please mention it in the comment box as MCC conducts counselling for admission in to various course.

The Medical Counselling Committee (MCC) has started NEET UG 2021 counselling at mcc.nic.in. MCC NEET UG counselling 2021 registration and choice filling last date was today at 12 noon. There is no information regarding the extension of counselling as for now. Keep an eye on the below link for the latest information. NEET counselling result 2021 round one will be announced on January 29, 2022. Based on these choices, seats available, NEET scores, reservation criteria and other factors, the NEET counselling 2021 admission will be done.

If you wish to participate in the All India Quota Counseling for seat in Deemed Medical Universities, then yes you can participate in 2nd round of All India Quota Counseling.
NEET 2021 AIQ Counselling process includes-
• Candidates to register themselves on official website of MCC- Medical counseling Committee-
https://www.mcc.nic.in/
• Fee payment- Rs 1000 is to be paid by unreserved category candidates while For SC/ ST/ OBC/ PH candidates, registration fees is Rs 500.
A security deposit of-
• For Central Universities and 15% AIQ- Rs 10,000 by Unreserved category students and Rs 5000 by SC/ST/OBC category candidates.
• For Deemed Universities- Rs 2,00,000
is to be deposited by students which will be refunded. ( Under certain conditions only)
• Choice filling of colleges candidate wishes to get admission in
• Finally seat allotment based on NEET scores, reservation criteria, and the number of seats.

You will be able to unlock the choice filling option for Colleges only after you successfully complete the payment of Registration and Security money required for All India Quota, AIQ Counseling.
------ After you successfully pay the amount, you can find the option of choice filling in the side bar of your account registered on MCC, after you click on it, you will be directed to page from where you will get total list of colleges, from which you can select colleges of your preference.

1) In Neet 2021 counseling for registration of 1st round, the registration will be continued upto Mop- up round ? If I cant take a seat in 1st or 2nd round. 2) MCC provide only govt mbbs seat? Can they provide private colleges mbbs seat? 3) Registration time schedule ? Can I registered at 9 PM?

Fresh registrations of mop up round is only for candidates who registered in round 1 and free exited. If you were not allotted a seat during any round, you may not register again.
No, AIQ counseling provides admission to only government and deemed universities. State counseling allows admission into private colleges.
There is no particular time schedule which is stated on the official website. However, you must do it within the given deadline.

See RESET option is provided there to modify the type of counselling and through it the category can also be changed but note that it is only ne time facility and if you have already used it once then you cannot use it again as per the notice released by MCC on January 21st, 2022.

In this situation you shouldn't worry since the same issue is faced by a lot of students,
so it is better to contact the helpline number which is stated on the official portal, or you may even mail them this query, thus try registering again once after sometime and hopefully the issue will be getting resolved eventually.
also you must check the details once again, try again and then contact the helpline number for further help.
