Bachelors in Education is a 2 year undergraduate course approved by NCTE. Complete admission process is only merit basis.

The Eligibility Criteria to take admission into the programme is :

• 50 % Marks either in Masters degree or bachelors degree in science/humanity/commerce.

You have not mentioned anything regarding your merit in M.com (//M.com) . So check this criteria. If you have not through this then you are not eligible for admission.

Yes, there is a course on finance and taxation in the M.Com (//M.Com) program at IGNOU. It has a course fee of 7,000Rs.

for candidates having b.com (//b.com) (hons) from university of delhi need to meet the following eligibility criteria,

65% for General Category

58.5% for OBC Category

60% for Sports, CW and PWD Category

Minimum passing marks for SC & ST category

for candidates having b.com (//b.com) pass or b.com degree from university of delhi need to meet the following eligibility criteria,

70% for General Category

Since your counselling for M.Com in allahabad university is on 19th and your EWS certificate is under process. This wil not be a huge problem unless the staff is very unhelpful and strict. However, I do not think it would cause an issue and you should be able to submit it later on.

As per last year cutoff, selection was made upto rank 297 under general category. It is difficult to tell the exact chances of selection as cutoff changes every year but accordibg to last year cutoff it seems difficult to get selection. You may check the cutoff rank list which is going to be released by BHU soon.
