during generating RUC code i selected MDS instead of MD/MS/MCH i am a MBBS student but i worngly selected MDS now i cant regenrate RUC code what should i do

No you cannot able to regenerated once you registered for it. one thing you can do that do a fresh registration again or you can contact to there helpdesk may be you get any help but unfortunately you will not do any corrections once registered.

First of all ,there is no best branch,it depends on what is your interest and what type of clinical skills you have in that branch and your clinical knowledge in that field.
First coming to MDS in Orthodontics
MDS in orthodontics is a 3 year specialized branch dealing with teeth and jaw irregularities and it's treatment modalities.
In BDS you do only about pre clinical orthodontics that is wire bending and case history and not in clinical part of orthodontics,in MDS you learn every part of orthodontics,you get to know about dental photography in orthodontics, different types of patients from small children to adults who come to correct their bites and occlusion.
After MDS in orthodontics you can get a good job as a orthodontics, orthodontic surgeries,your opening salary may be from 3-7 lakhs per annum.
MDS in oral surgery is a branch dealing with local anaesthesia, general anesthesia, exodontia and treatment for pathologies related to oral cavity.
If you do MDS in oral surgery you can become a oral surgeon ,you can work in big hospital,if you wanted to work with surgeons then MDS in oral surgery is for you.
There are many specialization in oral surgery in which you can do fellowship after MDS in oral surgery
1.extractions, impactions (minor oral surgery)
2 . orthognathic surgery
3.oral and maxillofacial oncology

Actually my bds internship is going on & it will be completed on 10th feb 2021.But im asking u that can ill be eligible for MDS counciling 2021 by submitting a applying receipt slip(for permanent registration) issed by my state dental council due to delaying of getting my registration from state.

The eligibility of NEET MDS 2021 until now is given. Candidates must have a BDS degree awarded by the university or institute in India recognized by the Dental Council of India (DCI) with the approval of MoHFW. Also with this they s hould possess a provisional or permanent registration certificate issued by DCI or State Dental Council . It is mandatory to complete a 12 months internship on or before March 31, 2021. There is no change or relaxations in the above criteria until now. last year mds cutoff for ( endodontics and prosthodontics) obc catogery?

Last year's minimum cut off of MDS for OBC category candidates was 40 % (percentile) and 140/960 ( cut off score ).
The cut offs are not separately made for endodontics and prosthodontics, rather for overall MDS the cut offs are made.

filled my PG MDS Form on 31st October 2020, During submission and payment, Payment got pending,No amount is deducted from my account, But my Application form is submitted successfully.

As per your issue it is very uncertain to occur . Many people face just the opposite of what you mentioned that is amount is deducted but application is not submitted. Have you checked with your bank as often these process take time. Incase the amount is shown to be deducted then it is ok but if not then I would suggest you to fill it once more or else later on it could get cancelled.

Log in there, fill all you required details. if your application is accepted, then you would be sent a confirmation mail from Aiims along with you RUC.
If you are still unable, you will have to wait till AIIMS opens the portal for RUC generation.
