Varinka, lets say for example you belong to UP. During Choice Filling and locking for 15% All India Quota, you can fill in the colleges of other States as well as UP. There is no restriction that you cannot apply for UP Medical Colleges under All India Quota. You certainly can.

In order to qualify AIIMS, General category candidates must secure a minimum of 50%. You cannot specifically tell cuttoff for AIIMS ,because it has percentile system.But if you have a rank of around below 500 for General then you can easily get into AIIMS BHUBANESHWAR.
