Yes, you can puruse M.Ed without having to do B.Ed as B.Ed is not a required degree criteria to be eligible for M.Ed. In order to apply for the M.Ed course, the eligibility criteria is that the candidate must have a graduate degree from a UGC recognised university with a minimum of 50-60 percent.

You haven't clearly mentioned , in which year of engineering you are ? Did you give biololgy exam in your class xii ?
If you want to go to medical field. You will have to appear for Neet. You must score minimum 50% marks in physics, chemistry and biology.
Eligibility criteria for neet
The candidate should be an Indian. The minimum age of the candidate should be 17 years.
The student must has gained minimum 50% marks in physics, chemistry and biology with English as a language subject.
