Yes, you are eligible to appear in the Mass Communication & Journalism subject. As per the UGC NET norms aspirant can apply for the subject in which they have completed their post-graduation.
But this is not the only eligibility criteria to appear in the UGC NET. You must check the UGC NET Eligibility Criteria
before filling the application form.
NTA will soon release the UGC NET official notification to apply online.
