ESIC stands for Employees State Insurance Corporation. These colleges are centrally governed medical colleges with good infrastructure and bright future. The difference between other govt. medical colleges & Esic medical colleges are :
In every ESIC medical colleges, there is reservation forward of Insured person (who are under Esic scheme)
The hospital attached with the college is not open for common public, it is only for an Insured person.
The fees of the college are also like other govt colleges.

In CMC Vellor the tuition fee per year is Rs 3,000 ,the one time college fee at admission is Rs 8,800. The one time payment to the university is Rs 13,425 and the other annual fee is Rs 15,105. In Christian Medical College the total fees for 5 years and 6 months is Rs 1,74,930 , in first years they charge Rs 48,530.

BGS Medical College,Bangalore is a multi-super specialty and a multi-organ transplant centre. The infrastructure is superb. The faculty is great. If you take admission through Category A seats,that is,through merit,it will take around 77,000INR. For Management Quota seats,you need to contact the administration of that college,they will tell you the exact details. However,an estimate fee would be around 7 lacs to 8 lacs. If you are taking admission through COMED-K seats,the fee is around 4,00000 lakhs.

I got 370 in neet 2019.can I get a government quota seat in esi medical college(bangalore).i belong to obc(2A category). I am from Karnataka
Last year with OBC category the last student who got admission to ESI Post Graduate Institute of Medical Sciences and Research, Bangalore had 346 marks through state quota.
So, with 370 marks you have high chances of getting a seat in this college.
