No, you can't if you are applying for Chhattisgarh then the OBC certificate should also be from Chhattisgarh. You can't use one state document for another state.

UP NEET PG Counselling 2022 is the state's centralized online counseling process for PG medical students interested in studying MD/MS in Uttar Pradesh at one of the state's many governments and private medical colleges affiliated with the State Medical University Uttar Pradesh. Aspirants must first register for the Uttar Pradesh NEET PG Counseling. The admission process will be administered by the Directorate General of Medical Education and Training, Uttar Pradesh, and will be based on one's NEET PG 2022 Scorecard. For UP NEET PG 2022, counseling will be held for 50% of state quota seats in government medical/dental colleges and seats available in private colleges.

As of now, the application form for the NEET PG counseling 2022 in Uttar Pradesh has not been out yet. The registration form and counseling schedule are expected to be out soon.

See if you would not be satisfied with the seat allotment of MBBS/BDS counselling through NEET UG 2021 then you can definitely take part in the AYUSH counselling of Karnataka. And if you get a seat is AYUSH counselling and also you get satisfied then definitely you can take admission for that seat.
