According to your marks, You have not qualified the NEET exam. Admission to MBBS course in private/government medical colleges is on the basis of NEET exam only.

There is no any fee reaxation on the basis of score in Kempegowda Institute of Medical Sciences, Bangalore. If you belong to Karnataka then based on this score the chances seems to be less to get a seat in Government quota seats but you can get the management quota seats.

From 2018 onwards various courses like bams,bhms,bums etc have been included in neet so it will be mandatory for you to appear in neet so that you can take admission in bams colleges.if you want to take admission in bams course then you should try for government bams colleges.i hope this information helps you.
